PET offers a number of courses meant to increase security in relation to espionage, foreign interference and terrorism.

Good Security Culture

“Good Security Culture” is a course designed to heighten your security awareness and improve the security culture within your organization. The course will introduce you to the importance of the human factor when working with security. You will learn to prevent, handle and counter incidents that may compromise sensitive or classified information. 

The course has a duration of four hours and is developed with the public sector in mind. However, it may also be relevant to companies working with sensitive information. Download a fact sheet about the course

Insider

“Insider” will make you more aware of the threat from insiders. The course focuses on both intentional and unintentional threats that may arise in everyday situations as a result of actions carried out by individuals outside or within the organization.

The course has a duration of four hours and is primarily intended for employees working with security, critical assets, management, HR as well as IT employees, who have a role in working with the organization’s critical assets. Download a fact sheet about the course

Awareness

The objective of the course “Awareness” is to increase the safety and security around crowded places. The course is centred around the terrorist threat, company risk management, the progress of a terrorist incident as well as the importance of physical security measures and preventive efforts.

The course has a duration of four hours and is relevant to you if you work with security, for example as a guard or service employee. Write to raadgivning@pet.dk if you think that this may be a course for you and your organization.
